Our quality improvement professionals have experience working in settings just like yours - nursing homes, home health agencies, hospitals and physician offices. Each staff member has demonstrated success in implementing and evaluating performance improvement projects at the operational level and understands the every day demands that may pose problems to employing interventions. In addition, all are graduates of esteemed Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) College known internationally for conducting healthcare collaboratives resulting in breakthrough ideas and innovations for improvement. Our professionals provide on-site consultation to guide your staff through learning about performance improvement, designing projects and interventions, measuring and evaluating success.
