Beginning in August 2008, Primaris began two projects directed towards improvements in physician offices. The first continues our previous work helping physicians use electronic health records (EHR) instead of paper charts. Specifically, the project aims to help doctors configure their digital charts to help them increase cancer screenings and immunizations.

The second seeks to help reduce a growing threat: chronic kidney disease (CKD). Kidney disease is a progressive and costly disease that can be treated far more effectively and efficiently if found early. Primaris is working to improve early diagnosis and improve treatment.
