As Missouri's Medicare Quality Improvement Organization, Primaris' goal is to help home health agencies plan and implement Outcome Based Quality Improvement (OBQI) activities. Such activities advance patient care and help agencies achieve the goal of the right care for every patient, every time.

Primaris provides benefits, free of charge, to Medicare-certified home health agencies interested in participating in Home Health OBQI. These benefits include: consultation on interpreting OBQI reports, methodology for care process investigation, review of action plans, feedback on barriers to implementation, best practice ideas from other agencies, access to an interactive listserv and additional resources to improve care.
